''Madden NFL 13 Social'' was a sports simulation video game for Facebook and iOS. The game is a trading card/sports game where the player can buy cards in packs and use them to play against their opponents. ==Game elements== ;Packs After playing games, users collect coins that they can use to buy packs of cards. There are 1-star packs for 5,000 coins, 2-star packs for 15,000 coins, and 3-star packs for 25,000 coins. ;Auctions When players have a card, they may put it up for auction with "bid" and "buy now" prices. They can also buy other peoples auction cards. ;Energy After playing a game, players take off one point of energy and regain it over time or by leveling up. Players can only have 10 energy at a time. ;Achievements Players can earn achievements in their games—such as Pass for 500 yards or Rush for 200 yards—and earn XP and coins from the achievement.
